Your Mortgage Decisions Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority No:459763 (www.fsa.gov.uk/register/home.do). A fee of 1%, plus a fee of 0.1% for each year of the shorter of the new mortgage term or the existing mortgage term. The minimum fee is £1995 and the maximum fee is £4995. For example, if your mortgage amount is £100,000 and the term is 15 years, our fee will be 1% of £100000 and 0.1% for each of the 15 years. (£100000 x 1% + 0.1% of loan amount x 15 = £1000 + £1500 = £2500). In addition an application fee of £99 is also payable at the time of this application. The application fee is non-refundable.
